Postgraduate in Private Law, Carole is a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1995. She worked in law business firms advising companies and their managers and owners.
She works primarily in business law and insolvency, assisting companies or individuals in their projects (acquisition and sale), in their development (negotiation, analysis and drafting of commercial and civil contracts, civil and commercial litigation), in out of court restructuring (mandat ad hoc, conciliation), and in insolvency (bankruptcy - sauvegarde, redressement judiciaire...).
Isabelle GOMME is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She first worked as legal counsel in assisting companies and their managers mainly in advising and also litigation.
She was sworn in 1994 and served both in Paris and in the major cities of France.
She practices mainly in corporate, business law, employment law and assists companies in the current management of their legal issues in their external project (acquisition, sale), in their development (negotiation, analysis and drafting of commercial contracts), in social, civil and commercial litigation and dispute.
